Discover Portuguese cuisine and the gastronomy of the Algarve.
CIAL organizes dinners in typical restaurants where you will find the smells and tastes of the full 200km of the Algarve in one central location.
At the school there are frequent tastings of the Algarve´s delicious regional sweets, made with almond and fig, which are rooted in the region's rich Arabic history, along with the famous almond liqueur, a traditional drink from the Algarve.
