205€ / week / single room
40€ for placement fee
Availability – from 7 July to 31 August.
Minimum Stay – 2 weeks.
Minimum Age – 18.
Single rooms only (balcony in every room).
Each room has data points with Internet access. All rooms and communal areas have Wi-Fi.
Weekly cleaning and change of linens (bed and towels).
Bathroom facilities are shared (2 WC for every 3 pax).
Lounge with Cable TV, snooker.
Laundry room (additional cost).
Terrace with barbeque.
Home&Co Premium Student Residence
Ensuite Standard Plus Single Rooms. Enjoy your own bedroom and ensuite bathroom combined with the atmosphere of a shared living room and kitchen.

Both residences are only a short 10/15 minute walk from the school. Excellent location, in one of Lisbon’s most prestigious areas, with excellent shops, restaurants and bars close by.
Students are required to pay a security deposit of 100€ on the first day, in cash, which will be refunded on departure if no damage is done.
